These guys off a semi-automatic search engine for apps that uses collective intelligence to generate rankings. The apps listed are free, have a score on Google Play no less than 4 stars, minimum of 10 thousand installations, at least 1000 reviews, and the last updated no longer than 2 years ago (sounds thorough to us). Additionally, they analyze the histogram of scores with the SVM algorithm.
