This site is your complete tool box for most design elements you require, it holds a growing archive of over a thousand design resources, updated weekly for all you fine folks. They have everything from icons, illustrations, stock photos or just general inspiration when starting a new project. This is one to bookmark for sure if you're a designer...or if you lied on your CV and have absolutely no idea what you are doing.
