    Sleeping is easy for some, and hard for others but what you might not have known is you could sleep less but get a much better quality of sleep. That’s because the human body needs around four to six sleep cycles to feel fresh as a daisy (wow we sound intelligent for once). This site helps you to organise your sleep cycles by telling you what time you should go to bed based on your wake up time. Obviously this is hard if you have a screaming child, so good luck.
